COMPLETE DRESSING ROOMS. THE KEY WILL BE AT THE ARTISTS’ DISPOSAL DURING THE
PERFORMANCE.
- IF THE
ARTIST IS TO SHARE THE STAGE WITH OTHER BANDS, HE WILL BE INFORMED IN ADVANCE
SO THAT HE CAN ESTABLISH THE ORDER OF APPEARANCE.
- IF
THE PERFORMANCE INCLUDES MORE THAN TWO BANDS, MIKEL URDANGARIN’S BAND WILL BE
PROVIDED WITH A SEPARATE SOUND DESK.
- ENOUGH SPACE TO PARK TWO VANS.
- TOWELS
AND CATERING: COFFEE, REFRESHMENTS, BEER, PLENTY OF WATER IN SMALL BOTTLES, NUTS, SANDWICHES, CHEESE AND A CHOICE OF
FRESH FRUIT.
- WHEN THE CONCERT BEGINS, ALL THE LIGHTS OF
THE SQUARE, THEATRE, PELOTA COURT ETC. WILL BE SWITCHED OFF.
- IF
HE IS TO PERFORM WITH ANOTHER BAND, MIKEL URDANGARIN WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO
CHOOSE THE LOCATION OF HIS P.A.
- THE
BAND WILL NEED 8 PEOPLE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING THE SOUND AND LIGHTING
EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER THE CONCERT (PROVIDED THESE OPERATIONS ARE STANDARD;
OTHERWISE MORE PEOPLE WILL BE REQUIRED). IN ADDITION, ONE PERSON WILL GUARD THE
STAGE FROM THE MOMENT THE SOUND TEST ENDS TO THE BEGINNING OF THE CONCERT.
- AN ELECTRICIAN WILL BE AT THE
PREMISES WHEN THE SOUND AND LIGHTING EQUIPMENT ARRIVES.
- THE BAND WILL NEED 3
CHAIRS WITHOUT ARMREST.
- IN
EVERY PERFORMANCE, CHAIRS FOR THE PUBLIC WILL BE SET UP IN FRONT OF THE STAGE,
REGARDLESS OF WHERE IT TAKES PLACE (A SQUARE, A PELOTA COURT, IN THE OPEN
AIR...).
